This books describes the experience of a little girl who goes to a Dim Sum restaurant.  She discusses the various little dishes of dim sum that she and her family enjoy and how there is something for everyone's tastes buds.

Activities include: 
-Art/Math: Creating dim sum.  Have each child create out of construction paper what kind of dim sum they would like to eat. Set up the table so each child can go around and look at all the dim sum and take one they like.  
-Art/Literacy: Make menus for the dim sum and use fake food for the "dim sum restaurant"
-Cooking: make dim sum with the class. Discuss the different types and that as a class they must choose one.  Make dim sum with the group the next day.
