As a child, I helped my grandmother make Bean Soup and pikcing up this book brought back all of these memories and the desire to share this book with others. Whether enjoying the poetry aspect or preparing the soup, this book will be a pleasure. Enjoy making memories with your child or your classroom. Beans do take a long time to make so you could start the process in the morning and have it ready by lunch or afternoon snack.
